DALLAS (AP) — A new tornado watch issued by the National Weather Service covers much of north and central Texas for most of Sunday.

One person was killed Saturday night and another left in critical condition after a tornado hit Cisco, a rural farming and ranch area about 100 miles west of Fort Worth. The National Weather Service rated the tornado as an EF-3, with winds ranging from 136 to 165 mph.

Officials say all residents of Cisco have been accounted for, and authorities have shifted out of search-and-rescue duties into working on restoring utilities and clearing blocked roads.
